Before entering into Sheldon's FitPath program I believed exercise
was something that was done for the basic reasons, health, looks,
feeling good. Working with Sheldon has helped me develop my ability
to remain calm during my always stressful day. However, the biggest

from the need to have an integrated fitness, health and lifestyle

elements. With so much mental activity in our lives our ability

comforting access to their own inner world. Authentic change begins
from within. The FitPath uses relaxation, mediation, assisted stretching,
vibration massage, energy work, core training, movement techniques
and practical spiritual concepts to create a peaceful body and mind
experience. This provides the foundation from which true health
can arise.

and exert your body.

our exercise programs are based upon pushing our overly tight
bodies to their limits.
