Before entering into Sheldon's FitPath program I believed exercise was something that was done for the basic reasons, health, looks, feeling good. What is true health? True health is the balance of our physical, mental and emotional elements. True health requires taking ownership of these elements and allowing them to evolve.

This core question led to the development of the FitPath. It originated from the need to have an integrated fitness, health and lifestyle program to address our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual elements. With so much mental activity in our lives our ability to tune into our bodies and lead peaceful lives is quickly diminishing.

The FitPath is designed to provide each client a comfortable and comforting access to their own inner world. Authentic change begins from within. The FitPath uses relaxation, mediation, assisted stretching, vibration massage, energy work, core training, movement techniques and practical spiritual concepts to create a peaceful body and mind experience. This provides the foundation from which true health can arise.

The FitPath is a holostic fitness and health program designed from the philosophy that exercise is a means to improve how you use and exert your body.

  1. People's primary motivation to exercise is based upon fear and stress of gaining fat or not looking good.
  2. Exercise itself is a stress on the body. It is this stress that causes the body to change. Most of us would agree that our current way of life produces a great deal of stress. This stress creates a great deal of internal tension in our bodies.
  3. No Pain, No Gain - due to the desire for instant results our exercise programs are based upon pushing our overly tight bodies to their limits.
  4. The Basic Health Rule - pain causes our bodies and minds to close down and pleasure causes our bodies and minds to open.
